Can guito access my bank password?

No. Under PSD2, your credentials go directly to your bank via a certified intermediary. We never see or store them.

Where is my data stored?

Exclusively in the EU. Our database is hosted on servers in the European Union.

Can guito make transactions on my behalf?

No. PSD2 access is strictly read-only. We can never move money.

Does the AI see all my data?

Only data you explicitly ask about. Every AI provider has Data Processing Agreements and is prohibited from training on your information.

What happens if there's a data breach?

We notify affected users within 72 hours, per our privacy policy and GDPR.

How are IBANs stored?

Only partial IBANs (first 4 + last 4 characters). Full IBANs are never persisted.

Who can see my financial data?

Only you. Security policies at the database level ensure each account can only access its own data.
